Yes, there is parking available. Attendees have the option to park their vehicles conveniently at or near the venue, ensuring a hassle-free arrival and departure experience.

Is there a gift shop?

Yes we have a gift shop which is situated at the end of the tour, but it can also be accessed from Queen's Walk.

Is it accessible to people with disabilities?

The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but the bus ride is only available to mobile guests. Some pathways are level, but the Magic Bus Depot and Rickety Bridge have inclined and uneven surfaces.u00a0Only two wheelchair users per hour are allowed due to fire evaluation procedures. Wheelchair allocation can be booked in advance via our support, requiring 4 days' notice. On-the-day availability is possible but at the visitor's own risk.

Is it possible to take food from outside?

No, bringing outside food is not allowed. Attendees are kindly requested to enjoy the variety of food and beverages available inside the venue.

Photography is not permitted at any time whilst on the main tour. You can take photos in our admission area and at the end of the tour.

At Shrek's Adventure! London, smoking or vaping is not permitted. Visitors cannot smoke, use e-cigarettes or vaping products anywhere in the attraction.

Fantastic experience, from the moment you enter, the characters, the bus ride. Really really good. The interaction with characters, the children and adults it brilliant. The sets are unreal. The special effects you are not expecting. Not gonna say as it will spoil the surprise

Went back again to this attraction and yet again was a fab experience. Took friends with kids as they had not been before. They loved it we all came out smiling. About an hour and a half from beginning to end. Actors were great. We had an amazing time. If going with very small children it they were scared because it has villains and loud noises but the group we were in looked like having a great time. Thank you again.
